He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Davis and Susan Davis (Failing). He is survived by: his fiancée Emma Kinne; his children, Katie, Marshall II and Thomas Davis; his siblings, Melanie Miller, Scarlett Curry, Steven Barr and Eric Davis; and his stepmother Beverly Davis. He is also survived by several stepsisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
