We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Gary McNeil of Cleveland, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis McNeil and Thelma McNeil (LaQee). He is survived by: his wife Vallarie; his daughter Melissa Bangs (Kyle); his grandsons, Wyatt, Owen and Everett; his stepchildren, Carmen Stagnetti (Dee), Laurie Martin (Dave) and Suzanne Dauber (Shawn); his siblings, Jenny McNeil, Muriel Ruiz (TX), Manny McNeil of Oswegotchie, NY and John McNeil of Rochester, NY; and his close friends, Tommy O'Donnell and Wes Moody. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
