Lewis; her children, Cindy Vaughan (Mike) and Danny Lewis; her grandchildren, Mike Vaughan (Jodi) and Pat Vaughan (Tami); her great grandchildren, Meghan Vaughan, Tori Vaughan, Aaron Vaughan, Samantha Leroy and Alexandra Vaughan; and her great great grandchild Ellie Rose Hohm. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
