He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton J. "Butch" and Shirley M. Cox Gushlaw; and his brother Jeff J. Gushlaw. He is survived by: his former wife Trudy Clark; and his siblings, Joseph E. Gushlaw (Tina) of Clayton, Danny L. Gushlaw (Susan Brown) of Clayton, Chris M. Gushlaw of Clayton and Margie M. Docteur. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
