He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Britt L. Booker and Sylvia Tucker. He is survived by: his parents, Britt Booker and Satonya Booker; his siblings, Christopher Booker and Carmen Booker; his grandparents, Andy, Peggy Newman, Carl Lucas, John and Linda Tucker; his great-grandparent Mary Gregory; and his cousin Squad. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you remember Nick with a gift to John Burroughs School, the St. Louis chapter of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation, or a charity of your choice, and by giving your children an extra hug.
