He was predeceased by: his parents, Cogar Hart and Dorothy Hart; his wife Penny Hoehn; his son Kevin Hart; and his sister Barbara Friends.
He is survived by: his significant other Bari Bryant; his children, Kim Hart and Kyle Hart; and his grandchildren, Candi, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Seneca and Rowan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
