It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa I. Van Zandt of Clayton, New York, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Schumacher and Kathleen B. Heron Schumacher; her husband Thomas G. VanZandt Jr.; and her sisters, Jill L. Isaia and Heidi A. Schumacher.

She is survived by: her siblings, Mark W. Schumacher (Melanie), Kurt R. Schumacher (Lena), Karen E. Gullo of Clayton and Wendy L. Siever of Clayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Thousand Islands Land Trust, 135 John St., Clayton, NY 13624.
