He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Netto and Lena Valentino Netto; his wife Mary Briggs; his son Joseph Netto, Jr.; and his siblings, John A, Alfred T Netto, Helen Parker and Rosalind A. Laundy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn (Tom Chilton) of Summerville, SC and Mary Jane (Wayne Nelson) of Seneca, SC; and also Ann McGrath. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at the Greenwood Cemetery.
