We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2022, at the age of 53, JoEllen A. Youngs of Clayton, New York, born in Watertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy S. Evans and Joan A. Mowers Evans; and her father-in-law Wayne E. Youngs. She is survived by: her former husband William W. Youngs; her children, Amanda Martinez (Raul), Jordan Callahan, Evan Youngs, Clayton, Tricia Beers (Paul), Alexandria Bay and Allyson Youngs; her grandchildren, Brayden, Tarryn, Kamryn, Kaden and Elsie; her mother-in-law Marjorie E. Youngs; and her siblings, Mike Evans (Stacy), Steve Evans, Champion, Jerry Evans (Kathy), Julie McKeon (Woody Rogers) and Jill Evans. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
