She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Walter and Helen Heffernan; her husband Richard "Dick" Louis Greene; and her brother Charles Frederick Heffernan. She is survived by: her children, Susan Wells of Morganton, NC and Gregory M. Greene; her grandchildren, Megan Nester (Brandon), Matthew Greene (Fiance' Kristin), Charles Wells and Shannon Wells; her brothers, Robert Stuart Heffernan and Alan Heffernan (Kathy); her sister-in-law Reba Heffernan; her nephew Larry; and her niece Jane Rowan.
