He is survived by: his wife Helen Mary Wescott; his children, Shannon Scales (Debrann) of Arizona, Shawn Hays (Mark) of Clayton, N. Y., Shayne Lippincott (Kevin) of New York and Sheri Soluri (Scott) of Florida; his daughter-in-law Teri Scales of North Carolina; his sister Darlene DiGregorio of Liverpool, N. Y; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Shyla, Morgan, Justin, Geraka, Dawson and Aubree. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
