He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest T. LaClair and Marion Gillette (House); his children-in-law, James McGarry and Cecilia "Cece" LaClair; his grandsons, Jason LaClair and James McGarry; and his brother Bernard W. LaClair.
He is survived by: his wife Danitza I. "Dani" Bragger; his children, Ernest P. LaClair, Clayton, Sandra K. Perry, Donald F. LaClair, Virginia I. McGarry, Joseph E., Michelle LaClair, Brandan T., Valerie LaClair, Stone Mills, Therese A., Tracy A. Gourlay, Wilton, Elaine M., Douglas McCarthy and Avon; and his siblings, Henry R. (Kathleen E. LaClair), Betty Jean Lane and Joan S. Blair. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
