It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald M. Hoppel of Clayton, New York, born in Three Mile Bay, New York, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterley Hoppel and Dorothy Hoppel (Weaver); his wife Louise Hoppel; and his sister Shirley Ryan. He is survived by: his children, Charlene Dwyer (Tom) of Clayton, Kevin Hoppel (Kathy) of Watertown, Sheila Duffany (Fred) of LaFargeville, Greg Hoppel (Julie), Tammy Maloney (Greg) of Virginia Beach, VA and Denise Hughes (Jay) of Lake Elsinore, CA. He is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
