It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl A. Karpel of Clayton, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shultz and Margaret Shultz (LaClair); her husband George A. Karpel, Jr.; her siblings, Billy Shultz, Sue Hall and Carolyn Bazinet; her brothers-in-law, Tom, Steve Karpel and Richard Robinson; her niece Margie Karpel; and also Niko.
She is survived by: her children, Emily M. Sullivan (Wesley Hyde), Daniel J. Sullivan (Tara), Todd Karpel (Jill) and Britt Keesler (Glen); her grandchildren, Jordan, Hannah, Eliza, Asa, Nora and Miles George; her siblings, Sandra Robinson and Robert Shultz (Jill); and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Shultz, Margaret Karpel, Kitty Paxton (Salt), Joe Karpel, Bubby Bazinet and Floyd Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
