He is survived by: his parents, Roswell P. and Musetta M. O'Neill Beattie, Jr.; his spouse Cynthia Sboro; his grandchildren, Johanna Capone, Allyson Capone, Jacob Leone, Samuel Leone, Luca, Eva, Reese and Ross Beattie; his wife Phillip Beattie of Clayton; his nephew Matthew Beattie; his niece Laura Kec; and also, Janice Beattie of Clayton, Mary Pat Beattie and Bob Kec.
