She was predeceased by: her father Gary L. Green. She is survived by: her mother Lillian M. Matthews Green of Clayton, NY; her husband Kris T. Crandall; and her sons, Kody E. Bleam of Philadelphia, NY, Noah M. Crandall and Jake T. Crandall. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests donations made in her name to the American Cancer Society 1 Penny Lane, Latham, New York 12110.
