We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2024, at the age of 82, Justine C. Ferrel of Clay, New York, born in East Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Bertrand and Laura Bertrand (Ruszczyk); her sister Corinne Kurgan; her brother-in-law Stanley Kurgan; and her brother Richard Bertrand (Therese).
She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Laura Ferrel and Dana Dwyer (Michael); her granddaughter Avery Dwyer; and her siblings, Sherman Bertrand (Sheila), Patricia Baum (Warren) and George Bertrand (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
