He was predeceased by: his father John J. Kowalczyk, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. Kowalczyk (Tubbert); his children, Kristen Orlando (Daniel) of Brewerton and John Kowalczyk, III (Larissa) of Clarence Center, NY; his mother Anna Kowalczyk of Liverpool; his sisters, Diane Cosser (Peter) of Mattydale and Karen Szczesniak of Liverpool; and his grandchildren, Connor, Colin, Kyle Orlando, John IV, Jada, Jaclyn and Jacob Kowalczyk. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
The Rite of Committal and burial will be private in Assumption, Syracuse, NY. Face masks are required, social distancing and gathering guidelines will be followed.
