She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Muhl and Anna Muhl (Wassel); her husband Harry S. Bell; her grandson Sean P. Cleary; and her siblings, Leonard Muhl, Alice Gratzer and Joyce Maiorano.
She is survived by: her children, Janice McCarthy of Intervale, NH, Marlene Cleary of Cicero, NY, Susan Chapin (Steven) of Baldwinsville, NY, Cynthia Bell (Joseph Maggio) of Baldwinsville, Harry Bell of East Syracuse and Jeffrey Bell (Kimberly) of Brewerton, NY; her grandchildren, Matthew McCarthy, Kathleen McCarthy, Alexi Foor-Gregory, Courtney Chapin, Justin Chapin, Kayleigh Bell, Alicia Bell and Alexandra Bell; her brother-in-law John Gratzer; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
