He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Chiacchia. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Rosemarie Groner, Jon Groner, Jennifer Lane and Shannon Lane; his grandchildren, Michael Groner, Anabel Groner, Caitlyn, Alexis, Joe and Sophia Lane; and his brother Dennis (Gail Daly).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michael's memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Community Hospice of Columbia and Greene Counties, The Salvation Army, or to The Veterans Miracle Center.
