He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest C. Hover Sr. and Helen M. Hover; and his sister Vanessa Slominski. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Miller of North Carolina and Marcia Vchulek of Pensacola, Florida.; his wife Theresa A. Hover; his daughter Ashley M. Hover (Daniel Wiessner); his granddaughter Destiny; and his son Ryan Hover of Danville.
