He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kipp and Catherine Kipp (Tanner); and his sister Sharon Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Kipp (Almstead); his sons, Scott Kipp (Cheryl Rogers) and Adam Kipp (Tamara Easton); his grandchildren, Steven, Joseph, Hailey and Jayden; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Almstead.
