She was predeceased by: her parents, DeWitt Sheldon and Mary Sheldon (Cady); her siblings, Beverly, Pat, Phyllis and Harold; and her son-in-law Christopher Howard.

She is survived by: her husband John Gansowski; her children, Darrin Gansowski, Heidi Howard and Beverly Whitbeck (William); her grandchildren, Ashley Blish, William Whitbeck III, Aryal Gansowski, Jensen, Jonah and Jadyn Howard; and her great grandchildren, Maddin Bowen and Cody Blish. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
