With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Edward Spencer in Clarkson, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 60. He is survived by: his son Conor Spencer of Burlington, MA; his parents, John Spencer and Mary Spencer of Geneseo; his brothers, Jeremy Spencer (Krista Palermo) of Irondequoit and Patrick Spencer of Akron, NY; and also Ellen Holohan of Livonia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc. (21 Big Tree St, Livonia, NY 14487). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
