He was predeceased by: his father Robert W. Hoffman; and his brother Robert A. Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Rita Hoffman of Clark Mills; his sisters, Carol Lenaghen, James Penharlow, Utica Hoffman, Cathy Hoffman of Clark Mills and Kent Steere of Waterville; and his nephews, David Lenaghan, Utica, Richard Lenaghan of New York Mills, Godson, Michael and Anna Lenaghan of Schenectady. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
