She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Noggle and Mildred Hough Noggle. She is survived by: her brothers, Brian Noggle (Angelina Mercurio) of Frankfort, Richard Noggle (Karen) of New Hartford and Kevin Noggle of Whitesboro; her nieces, Amanda Cortese (Joe) and Shauna Peck (Joshua); her nephew Joshua Noggle (Lucy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson, Grace Cortese, Lincoln, Lillian and Liam Peck; and her pet Bailey.
