He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spellman and Evelyn Spellman (Sawner). He is survived by: his children, Jeff Spellman and Jodi Brewer; his girlfriend Reba Fisher; and his close friends, Jim Fiesthamel, Greg Techmanski, Drew Lindstrom and Tom Harrison.
