She is survived by: her husband John Collins; her daughter Judy Button; her grandchildren, Kyle Button, Gavin Button, Sophia Button, Lillian Button and Caydence Rose Fleming; and her siblings, Joanne Stoklosa (Bob), Sharon Brown, Jeffrey Williamson (Connie) and Allison Chrzan (Joe).
