He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Geer and Helen Geer (Terns); his wife Sandra J. Dennison of Mary's Church; his cousin Wayne Geer; his nephew Stephen Dennison; and his friends, Joe Lomanto, Wayne Martin and John Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Donna (Bob Maxam), Kevin (Donna Geer) and Debbie (Mark Edick); his grandchildren, Danielle, Adam Westerfeld, Ryan Geer and Kelly Geer; his grandpuppies, Lexie, Charlie, Jake and Finley; his cousin Larry Geer (family: Michael Geer, Christine Geer, Patricia Manley Stuttard); his niece Celeste McKissick (Brian); and his friends, Tom, Betty Chamberlain, Mike Dier, Warren Evans, Pat Young and Don Olmstead.
