He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Hovey and Margery Hovey (Dunn). He is survived by: his close friend Don Shetler; his wife Aasa; his children, Ricicha Francisco (Chad), Danielle English (Chris) and Corinne VanSchoick (Kyle Steadman); his grandchildren, Delaney, Tegan, Paisley, James and Mia; his siblings, Dorothy Fitzgerald, Pat Kelley, Barbara Frederick (Lewis), Carol Hazlett, Joyce Brice, Bruce Hovey and Robert Hovey (Carla); and his goddaughter Cheyenne Hovey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
