With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray D. Neff of Clarendon, New York, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Liberty Neff and Sarah Julemmy Neff (Bragg); and his aunt Lillian Neff of Albion. He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy Neff, Roy Neff, Woodie Neff, Troy Neff, Blanche McCune and Fonda Lee Nichols; his son Christopher Mark Neff; his daughter-in-law Sarah Neff (Cannioto); his granddaughters, Lillian Neff and Annabelle Neff; and his siblings, Orgle Neff of Arcata, TX, Shirly Davis and Wanda Taylor of West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to help with final expenses.
