He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin McGinley and Agnes McGinley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McGinley; his sons, Sean and Christopher McGinley (Kara); his grandchildren, Ava, Zachary, Lucas and Matthew McGinley; and his siblings, Susan Young (Robert), Robert McGinley (Roberta) and Maryann Masci (Joseph). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY or the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
