He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurlow Bush and Margaret Bush (France); his sister Linda Chudik; and his granddaughter Renee Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dale Bush (Wendy), Cynthia Kirchmeyer (Lynn) and Kathy Gardner (Joe); and his grandchildren, Jaclyn Kirchmeyer, Eric Kirchmeyer, Jennifer Bush, Amanda Bush, Todd Morris (Joelle) and Crystal Miller (Mark). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
