He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skaine and Ruth Stamper Skaine. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Markham Skaine of Clarence; and his children, Tracey Burns (Alan) of Missouri, Becky Heller (Chuck) of Minnesota and Lincoln Skaine of Massachusetts. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
