She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Edward McMahon; and her parents, Salvatore Ciaccio and Lena Ciaccio. She is survived by: her son Charles Fell; her grandchild Sienna Fell; her brother Michael Ciaccio; her sister-in-law Maureen Tibbetts (late Otis); and her nephews, Nicholas and Vito Ciaccio. She is also survived by loving cousins and many dear friends.
