He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Collins and Emily Collins (Walker); his wife Kathleen 'Kath McDonald Collins (Bell); his siblings, Edward, Emily, Florence, Charles and Thomas; his grandson Mark Blazczak; and his great grandchild Benjamin Leshow.
He is survived by: his children, Fiona Blazczak (Stephen), Moira Smalter (Michael), Melanie Tisdale (Gary) and Tessa Cannata (William); and his grandchildren, Fiona Leshow (John), Peter Blazczak (Chris), Gregory Smalter, Jonathan Smalter (Kristine), Daniel Cannata and Edward Cannata. He is also survived by many great-granchildren, one great-great grandson.
