He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Chambers; his parents, John Carlozzi and Margaret Carlozzi; and his sister Patricia Cusack (late John). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Carlozzi; his son John Carlozzi; and his granddaughter Mary Ann Lang. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
