He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jeannine; his children, Patricia Sandle (Mark), Lynn Ramsey (Gregory) and David Phillips (Dawn); his grandchildren, Rachel Sacco (Sam), Meaghan LaBruna (Adam), Taylor Ramsey, Katherine Sandle, Courtney and Michael Phillips; his great grandchild Rowan Seeley-Sacco; and his sister Nancy Kemp (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
