He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Schwartzmyer and Charles Schwartzmyer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Schwartzmyer; his children, Celine Charleson and Nicholas Schwartzmyer (Aiko Ishikawa); his grandchildren, Braedyn Charleson, Caetlyn Charleson and Mikako Ishikawa-Schwartzmyer; his siblings, James Schwartzmyer (Julie) and Louise Dunning (Richard); and his brother-in-law Stanley Kicinski (Cynthia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
