He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kopacz and Mary Kopacz (Zaleski); his wife Caroline Kopacz (Madden); and his sister Florence Bucolo (James). He is survived by: his children, Lawrence J. Kopacz (Lisa) and Theresa M. Bernacki; and his sisters, Carol Pietrkiewicz (David) and Anna Punaro (Jay). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
