He is survived by: his spouse Jeannine; his children, Alexis Majewski, Matthew Majewski and Mariana Rutherford; his parents, John D. Rutherford, Sr. and Judith Veltman; and his siblings, Jill Davis, Jane Zimmerman (Doug) and Jeff Rutherford (Angela). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
