Though Jennifer may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her mother Pamela Hahn. She is survived by: her husband Scott; her father Daniel Hahn; and her brother Dan Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and dear friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (7720 Goodrich Rd, Clarence Center, NY 14032). Please RSVP by THURSDAY, August 29th with your name and the number in your party by texting Cory Glassman at 716-572-4561.
