He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuchta and Rose Kuchta; his wife Janet; and his siblings, Delores and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, John G., Robert, Christopher, Lawrence and Maria; the parent of his children Vittoria; and his grandchildren, Jonas, Jessica, John, Robert, Christopher, Samantha, Karina, Kaylee, Vittoria, Jett and Katherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, there will not be a reception following mass.
