She is survived by: her children, Pamela Smith (Steven) of Circleville and Kevin Foster (Tammy) of Granville; her grandchildren, Chelsey Boltenhouse, Anna Horne (Gary), Nate Smith (Kayleigh), Sam Smith, Aubrey Smith, Meredith Foster and Ellie Foster; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Gabriel Horne and Nora Smith; her brother George H.; her siblings-in-law, Stephanie McCoy, Anson Foster, Madge E. Perdue (Dave), Mona G. King, Bonnie Dunn and Paula Perry; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Garrett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
