He was predeceased by: his son Craig Foster; his daughter-in-law Sandy Foster; his grandson Nick Foster; and his siblings, Sara Hatfield, Garl, Richard and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra S. Foster (McCoy); his children, Pamela Smith (Steven) of Circleville and Kevin Foster (Tammy) of Granville; his grandchildren, Chelsey Boltenhouse (Nathan), Anna Horne (Gary), Nate Smith (Kayleigh), Sam Smith, Aubrey Smith, Meredith Foster and Ellie Foster; his siblings, Anson Foster (Bonnie), Madge E. Perdue (Dave), Mona G. King and Bonnie Dunn; his siblings-in-law, Essel Foster, Paula Perry, George H. and Stephanie McCoy; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
