We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 84, Isabelle W. Townsend of Circleville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Townsend; and her parents, Isabelle Foy Weber and William Vincent Weber. She is survived by: her children, Isabelle Morrison (Cory), Cynthia Herbst (David), Darlene Garland (Patrick) and Gregory Townsend (Jeannie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
