He is survived by: his wife Melody Lynn (Robinson); his children, Matthew Herboltzheimer, Chris (Stephanie Wimbish), Melissa Herboltzheimer, Kristin (Tom Cook) and Danielle (Shane McGlone); his parents, Russell Herboltzheimer and Joyce Herboltzheimer (Wolford); and his siblings, Jeff Herboltzheimer and Cindy Kovatch. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
