Lockard; his siblings, Terry Lockard (Pauline) and Cindy Cathel; his niece Nicole Timmons; his cousins, Renee, Karen Bircher, Rhonda Meeks and Diane Bressler; his close friends, Mark Prater, Carla Meinberg, Robin Robbins, Julie Brown, Don and Karen Mitchum; and his pet Panda.
