It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Sandy (Cincinnatus, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent William Sandy; his wife Inez M. Sandy (White); and his siblings, John Sandy and Florence Jordan. He is survived by: his parent Loretta Rosanski Sandy; his children, Mary Guernsey (William) of McGraw, Paul Sandy (Susan) of Truxton, Joan Coombs of Cincinnatus, Nancy Sandy of Trumansburg and Janet Kitt; his sister Stephanie Justice; his sister-in-law Janice Sandy; and his aunt Jessie Kurzawa of Brooklyn. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
