He was predeceased by: his father Richard Davis; and his brother Thomas Davis. He is survived by: his mother Sally Jackson Davis of Cincinnatus; his daughter Madison Hyer (Greg Bilodeau) of Cincinnatus; his sister Peggy Davis of Cortland; his uncles, Charles Jackson (Sharon) of Navarino and John Jackson of Florida; and his cousins, Paul Horton, Joanne Isbell and David Sayles.
